Warm the oil and margarine in a pan until the margarine is melted then add the agave syrup. Meanwhile core the apple and cut into slices.
Place the apple slices in the pan and sprinkle over with some cinnamon. Cook for 10 minutes until the apple starts to brown and go soft.
Once cooked place the apple along the center of the tortilla pouring over any of the remaining syrup. Roll up and cut in half with a diagonal cut.
Serve in two bowls with a light sprinkling of cinnamon and a few spoonfuls of vanilla pudding or cream. |
