Recipes for Vegans - Asparagus with Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients


asparagus
mushrooms
green peppers
cherry tomatoes
vegetable oil
noodles
worcestershire sauce


Put the noodles in hot water until soft. Meanwhile chop up the mushrooms, peppers and cherry tomatoes. Place the mushrooms and peppers into a frying pan with some hot vegetable oil and cook until crispy. Add the tomatoes to warm up.
Cut the ends off the asparagus and microwave for 30 seconds. Serve up the vegetables adding some worcestershire sauce for flavour.
