Clean the skin of the potato and cut off any imperfections. Stab the skin a few times and place in a microwave for 5 minutes. Turn and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Take out and cut a cross in the top of the potato. Push grated soya cheese in between your cut marks.
Wrap in tin foil and place on the BBQ for 30 minutes (or it can be cooked in a hot oven).
When you remove it from the heat, unwrap the foil. Serve with margarine. |
