Put the following ingredients into the marianade in varying quantities according to your taste:
balsamic vinegar
worcestershire sauce
mustard
Mix the ingredients in a container with a lid, it is usually best to have a thinnish flat container. Once you have combined the ingredents put the lid on and shake.
Then remove the lid and put in the ingredients you want to be marinated. Soak for a few minutes then turn and soak again. Then remove and replace with new ingredients.
