2 large tomatoes
4 medium mushrooms
tomato ketcup
2 pieces of toast
mayonnaise
chicken style strips
olive oil
Fry the chicken strips gently in some olive oil.
Cut up the mushrooms and fry them too.
Once they are ready cut the tomatoes in half and put them in the pan.
After about 5 mins cook the toast.
To layer up the sandwich put mayo on the bottom slice and cover with the chicken strips. Then place the next piece of toast on top and cover with ketchup. Add the mushroom and the cooked tomatoes (peeled).
