Firstly make up the pastry, using margarine, flour and water, and add in some mixed herbs. Line the bottom of a baking dish with some of the rolled out pastry and put in the oven for 15 minutes at gas mark 5 to brown.
Meanwhile chop up the onion and mushrooms and fry in the vegetable oil until they are just starting to brown.
Chop up the cauliflower and broccoli and put in a jug of boiling water.
Make the white sauce and grate the soya cheese.
Drain the water from the cauliflower and broccoli and add the other vegetable and mix well. Place into the pastry base and pour over the white sauce. Top with the grated cheese and then finish with the remaining pastry. Brush over with the sauce that is left in the saucepan and cook in the oven until golden brown.
