RECIPES - SOUPS - Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients

butternut squash
green pepper
potatoes
soya cream
black pepper
vegetable stock



 


Cut the squash, potato and green peppers into chunks and put into a saucepan. Fill the pan with boiling water just enough to cover the vegetables and add a vegetable stock cube and simmer for 20 minutes.

Once cooked blend up the ingredients and add soya cream and black pepper. Serve hot with toast.
