soya milk
1tbs nutritional yeast
vegetable oil
black pepper
salt
Chop the brocolli up finely and gently fry with the cashew nuts until starting to brown. Add the ready cooked noodles (chopped) and stir well. Add a small amount of soya milk (enough to cover the bottom of the pan) and the nutritional yeast. Mix well and take off the heat. Add salt and pepper and serve.
