Heat the onion in a pan and put in the chopped onion. Cook until its transparent and then add the chopped green pepper. Add the chopped garlic.
Wash the potatoes and cut into cubes (leaving on the skin) and add to pan. Make sure the heat is low.
Break the cauliflower into small florets and add to the mix.
Cover the vegetables with boiling water, add the boullion powder and curry powder and mix throughly.
Simmer for 20 minutes adding some thickening granuals or sauce flour if you like a thicker sauce on your curry.
Serve with rice and add salt if required.
