There are several ways to make this recipe. The cauliflower needs to be boiled until tender in all cases.
The easiest thing to do is to just grate melting vegan cheese over the cauliflower and melt in the microwave or under a gentle grill.
To make a sauce cover the bottom of a large saucepan with soya milk and gently heat. Add four tablespoons of nutritional yeast, a dash of Worcestershire sauce and season. Cook until it thickens. This can be poured straight over the cauliflower and the vegan melting cheese grated over or the cheese can be added to the sauce and mixed in before serving.
