RECIPES - SIDE DISHES - Cauliflower Mash

recipes for vegans -  almond slices

Ingredients

1 cauliflower
soya milk
vegan margarine
nutmeg

 


Cook the cauliflower until soft.

Then blend with beaters or a hand blender (can be mashed with a potato masher but it does leave it quite course).

Add a knob of margarine and a drop of milk and blend again. Serve with a fine grating of nutmeg.
