1 pint vegetable stock
2 large green cabbage leaves
1 medium carrot
3 medium mushrooms
1 teaspoon of nori flakes
1 teaspoon of marmite
Chop all the vegetables up and place in the vegetable stock. Add the marmite and nori flakes and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for 30 mins.
This is lovely served with noodles or as a starter to a chinese dish.
