Mix together all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all of the wet ingredients. Make a well in the bowl of dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Stir them together and the knead them. Roll out and then roll up. Place them in a bread tin or a small oven proof dish (a nut roast container is perfect. Cook in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool on a cooling rack and then pipe on the cream which is made of soya margarine with cocoa powder and sugar added. Finally dust with cocoa powder or icing sugar.
