RECIPES - CHRISTMAS - Cream Cheese and Cranberry Baguette

Cranberry Baguette

Ingredients

Vegan soft cheese
baguette
20 cranberries
50ml orange juice with bits

 


Put the cranberries in a saucepan with the orange juice and bring to the boil. Cook until the skins of the cranberries split and the squash them into the juice. Sieve the mixture and cool in the fridge.

Slice the baguette in half and spread with a generous amount of soft cheese on both sides. Add a layer of cranberry mixture which can still be slightly warm.
