RECIPES - VALENTINES - Creamy Strawberry Cups

Ingredients strawberries vegan cream   Chop off off the tops of the strawberries and remove part of the centre to reveal the slightly hollow middle. Cut the bottom of the strawberry so that it can stand flat in a dish. Place the strawberries with the hollow side up in a dish and serve with cold whipped vegan cream.
