6 chicory leaves
1 carrot
1 red pepper
4 closed cup mushrooms (these must be very fresh)
2 spring onions
2 inch length cucumber
20 beansprouts
slice of lemon
freshly ground black pepper
Wash all of the vegetables and shred into thin long strips. Peel the mushroms and thinly slice. Mix together in a large bowl. Dress with the juice from the lemon add some black pepper.
