Ingredients

dark green savoy cabbage leaves
olive oil
salt
sugar
almonds

 


Cut the cabbage into thin shreads.
Heat the oil oil in a pan, when it is hot add the cabbage and keep it moving around the pan so it gets crispy but not burnt.
Remove from the pan and add salt and sugar.
Serve topped with sliced toasted almonds if required.
