RECIPES - MAIN COURSES - Crispy Seaweed Stir Fry

recipes for vegans - crispy seaweed stir fry

Ingredients

olive oil
2 cloves garlic
ginger pieces
dried seaweed
4 spring onions
2 medium carrots
6 large cabbage leaves
2 tbls pine nuts
100g rice


Chop up the garlic and ginger into tiny pieces and put into hot oil in a frying pan with the carrots, onions and cabbage all cut into thin slices and the seaweed. Fry on a medium heat for about ten minutes.

Put the rice in a saucepan, pour on boiling water and cook for ten minutes.

When the rice is ready drain and place on a plate. Put the vegetable mix on top and cover with pine nuts. Add salt if necessary.

The recipe is suitable for 2 people.
