These are very easy to make.
Cut the pastry in half to make 2 squares and then cut each square diagonally across to make 4 triangles. To make the croissant shape roll the pastry starting from the corner of the traingle opposite the largest side of the triangle. Roll it towards the edge until you have a sausage shape. Then pull the ends towards each other to curl it round to a circle and press together.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown (about 20 minutes). I find it is best to turn them over and cook the base as well to make sure it is not soggy.
You can add fillings to the croissants before cooking by spreading them on the pastry before rolling (making sure you leave a gap around the edge). Fillings could be vegan cheese, vegan bacon or jam or for a sweet alternative.
