4 mushrooms
1 red onion
1 tsp marmite
1 tsp boullion powder
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sun dried tomato paste
green cabbage
carrots
noodles
Chop up the onion and mushroom very small and place in a saucepan with the marmite, boullion powder, sun dried tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce and add hot water. Bring to the boil and cook until the onions and mushrooms are soft. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until smooth.
Then add the ready cooked carrots and cabbage and the dried noodles, and cook until the noodles are soft.
