For this recipe you will need some empty yogurt pots or similar size containers.
Firstly wash the soft fruit throughly and put into a large bowl and mush up slightly with a fork. Don't blend as you want nice lumps of fruit in your yogurt.
Then take your pot and put a layer of grapenuts on the bottom.
Mix the yogurt with your fruit and place on top of the grapenuts. Then add a couple of pieces of fruit on the top to decorate.
This is a delicous breakfast you can make in advance and store in the fridge for a busy morning, or you can serve them as a light dessert after dinner.
