Roll the pastry out thinly and cut into circles using a pastry cutter. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a hot oven until they start to brown, you may need a grown up to help you with this.. Leave on a cooling rack until cool.
Remove the leaves from the strawberries and cut in half. Spread some cream on a piece of pastry and place some strawberries around the edge. Put a pastry round on top. Spread some cream on this one too and place some blueberries around the edge. Put another pastry piece on top and then garnish by sprinkling with icing sugar or placing an uncut strawberry on top.
