Recipes for Vegans - Green Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients

noodles
green cabbage
spinach
onions
garlic
carrots
vegan mayonnaise
olive oil

 

 

Cut up all the vegetables into very small pieces. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the onions, carrots and green cabbage and fry together for 5 minutes. Then add the garlic and the cooked noodles. Cook for another 5 minutes and then add the spinach and the mayonaise and mix well. Serve immediately.
