Ingredients

soya whipped cream

Take the oatcake (or other oat biscuit) and cover with a thick layer of jam. Any flavour will do but strawberry works especially well.
Cover with some vegan whipping cream that has already been whipped up and stored in the fridge.
Eat straight away, then eat another, and another and another!
