RECIPES - SIDE DISHES - Julienne Corriander Carrots

Heat up some vegetable oil and margarine in equal quantities in a frying pan or wok.
Then add the thinly sliced carrots and cook until they start to brown. Then add either a teaspoon of dried corriander or two teaspoons or finely chopped fresh corriander and mix well.
