Ingredients
pitta bread
sliced soya cheese
sliced tomatoes
shredded lettuce
garlic flavoured vegan mayo

Cut the pittas in half and put in a toaster on a low heat. This will help them open ready to put in the ingredients.
Spread with the mayo and then add in the lettuce, tomatoes and soya cheese.
MUM SAYS - 'These are great for lunchboxes for kids , but also go well with a bowl of hot chilli, especially if you put some avocado inside.' |
