Onto the pizza base firstly spread on some sun dried tomato paste. Then add the chopped tomatoes spreading out evenly. Then sprinkle on the mixed herbs.
Fry the finely chopped red onion in a pan with some olive oil until soft and then add to the pizza. Grate the soya cheese and sprinkle on and finely top with thinly sliced mushrooms gently fried.
Place in a hot oven for as long as the base needs (it needs to be crispy without being burnt) and serve straight away. Can also be eaten cold and warmed up but I always personally prefer my pizza hot.
