6 medium mushrooms
1 medium green pepper
3 tbs tvp (frozen)
1 tin tomatoes
vegetable oil
chilli
mixed herbs
salt
Chop up the pepper and mushrooms and put in a pan with some vegetable oil until they start to brown. Add the tvp and fry for a couple of minutes before adding the tin of tomatoes and the herbs including the chilli that can either be powedered or fresh..
Simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt and serve with rice.
