mixed herbs
nutritional yeast flakes
Lay out a pancake on a plate while still hot and spread with sun dried tomato paste. Sprinkle on the mixed herbs and ground black pepper. Top with mushrooms (cut finely and fried until crispy) and the nutritional yeast flakes.
You can use vegan parmazan cheese instead of the yeast flakes or sprinkle on some grated vegan cheese and put under the grill for a few minutes.
