Cook the pasta as per the instructions on the packet. Remove the stalk and seeds from the peppers and chop into small pieces. Remove the skin from the onion and chop into small pieces. Fry gently in 1tsp oil until they are soft. Put in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour it over the pasta and ass the tomato paste and bouillon powder and mix thoroughly. Add a little ground pepper and taste. Add more pepper if necessary.
