50g cooked pasta
2 tbs pine nuts
1 clove garlic
1 small onion
olive oil
salt
Crush the garlic and finely chop the onion and fry together in the oil until they start to go clear. Add the pine nuts and fry until the ingredients just start to go brown. Then add the cooked pasta and fry all together until the pasta is starting to brown as well. Add some salt and serve with a salad for a light dinner.
