Finely chop the onion and peppers. Warm 1tbsp olive oil in a pan and then add the chopped vegetables. Leave to gently fry until soft.
Remove the skin from the tomatoes (to do this pop them in boiling water for 5 minutes) and chop up. Once the frying vegetables are soft add the tomato and after 5 minutes add the other ingredients.
Serve with spagetti garnished with some basil leaves.
