2 long yellow peppers
2 red onions

tomato ketchup

Chop the peppers and onions and cover with 2 tbsp olive oil. Roast in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Put in a blender with 6 tbsp water, 1 tsp vegan bullion powder and 1 tbsp tomato ketchup. Blend until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and warm - season to taste.
