To make the couscous, weigh out 50g of couscous. Put 100ml boiling water in a jug and add the couscous with 1/4 tsp of boullion powder or stock. Leave in the jug for about 5 minutes and then add a small blob of margarine and mix up together with a fork.
Serve with salad vegetables, ripe tomatoes and peppers go well.
