RECIPES - VALENTINES - BREAKFAST - Scrambled Tofu with Mushrooms

Recipes for Vegans - Scramble Tofu with Mushrooms

Ingredients

20 close cup mushrooms
150g tofu
vegan margarine
vegetable oil
1 tsp vegan bouillon powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp soya milk
salt
freshly ground black pepper


Slice the mushrooms thinly and fry in a tablespoon of oil until golden brown.

Mash the tofu with a fork and stir in a knob of margarine and the turmeric, nutritional yeast, milk and bouillon powder. Warm in a saucepan and once the butter has melted taste and then season.

Once the mushrooms are cooked stir them into the tofu mixture.
