Mix together all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all of the wet ingredients. Make a well in the bowl of dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Stir them together. Put it into individual cake spaces in a cake tin to make about 12 small cakes.
Cook for 20 minutes at gas mark 5.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
Meanwhile take some of the chocolate and break it into squares and melt it in the microwave. Remember to keep checking the chocolate so it doesn't burn.
When it is melted spoon gently on the tops of the cakes and spread out with the back of a spoon.
