Cut the vegetables into small pieces and steam for 5 minutes.
Heat the peanut butter gently in a frying pan. I find it is better to use smooth peanut butter but chunky gives more texture to the sauce.
Once the peanut butter has melted add the vegetables and mix in until they are coated with the sauce.
Serve and season with black pepper. You may also need to add salt depending if the peanut butter has salt already added. This is great served with noodles or rice.
