Remove the stalks from the strawberries and cut in half. Use a small bread tin or any rectangular dish. Cover the inside with one piece of cling film. Put the strawberries into the dish.
Make up some strawberry jelly according to the packet instructions. Pour over the strawberries so that they are just covered. Put in the fridge to set.
To serve, tip it out on a rectangular serving plate and surround with the raspberries. Slice to serve - is lovely with soya cream.
