Ingredients

2 sweet potatoes per person
vegetable oil
salt


Peel the potatoes and cut into wedge shapes. Boil them for 5 minutes and then put into a dish with a centimetre of oil in the bottom. If you have time it is best to heat the oil for 10 minutes before adding the potato. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
