Recipes for Vegans - Traditional Pizza

Ingredients

2 cups white self-raising flour
1/2 cup water
tomato sauce
yellow pepper
herbs
black pepper


 


Put the flour in a bowl and add half of the water. Mix and then add more water until it is a soft dough. Try not to make it too sticky. Roll out and place on a greased baking tray.

Spread with the tomato sauce - I use a pasta sauce or pizza topping. Ass some mixed herbs and ground black pepper. Chop the yellow pepper finely and spread over the top. You can add any toppings - I like onion, mushrooms and olives.

Bake in a 200 degree oven for 20 minutes or until the base is cooked.
