Chop all the vegetables into small chunks. Heat some oil in a frying pan and add the vegetables and crumble in the stock cube and cook gently for 10 minutes.
When cooked roll out the pasty into round shapes. Fill up half of the pastry with the vegetables and top with some grated soya cheese. Then fold over and make into a pasty shape.
Place on a baking sheet in a preheated oven for 20 minutes on gas mark 6. Take out when golden brown.
The filling makes about 4 large pasties.
