RECIPES - SOUPS - Winter Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 carrot
1 parsnip
1 sweet potato
1 leek
1 onion
1 handful curly kale
2 vegetable bouillon stock cubes

Peel and chop the vegetables and cover with boiling water adding the stock cubes. Boil for 15 minutes and then blend until smooth.
